Consultation Call

For thirty minutes via phone call, Google Meeting, or FaceTime, we will talk about your current lifestyle, obstacles, and goals. You’ll tell me about your athletic history, injuries, and current lifestyle. I’ll share how remote coaching works with me, my coaching style, and answer any questions you might have. We can then discuss if we would be a good fit for each other and next steps.


Strength and Nutrition Coaching

Take the guess work out of your training. Have someone pushing you to new levels of strength, while keeping you healthy and injury free. You will be given an individualized plan completely unique to your gym, your injury history, your preferences, and most importantly, your goals. The plan is a living document. This means that if any changes need to be made, they will take place immediately. No templates or set programs that don’t work with life changes or obstacles. You’ll have me in your corner, supporting you every step of the way.

Strength Coaching

Just like the combined Strength and Nutrition Coaching package, minus the nutrition. If you’re someone who has their nutrition taken care of and locked down already, then this is for you. Not everyone needs guidance in the kitchen, and we get that. This way you can still receive top tier expertise and training knowledge that is customized to you.

Nutrition Coaching

This is for those who need clear direction and “BS free” nutrition help. Maybe you want to check out the way we coach before committing to exercise programming with us. Maybe you have someone who’ve been working with but still need help with your food. With all the diets, supplements, and science out there, your lifestyle and your goals are the centerpiece. We find what works for you now as well as how to set you up for long term success.
