I was born and raised in Sammamish, Washington. The daughter of a competitive bodybuilding and powerlifting mom and a gym rat dad who would grow up to squat 225lbs, 60 times for his 60th birthday. This environment naturally led me into strength sports. When I was 14, I competed in my first powerlifting meet and broke my first world record with the WABDL that same year. Throughout high school, college, and now, into my adult life I still compete in powerlifting. Through this sport, I have found confidence, friendship, and family.

About a year after college I decided to try bodybuilding, so I signed up for a figure show. I realized that I enjoyed both sports and that I could be both a powerlifter and a bodybuilder, and I wouldn't have to give up one sport for the other. Since then, I've been working to excel at both!

Over the years, people have asked me about coaching, but I didn’t begin coaching until about three years ago. In my first year, I offered services to clients at no charge as I wanted to gain experience and be able to offer the best services to my clients. Now, I’m coaching clients in many sports, from powerlifting to bodybuilding, and for physique goals. Want to know how I can help you become the best at your sport, or hit your specific goals? On the personal side of things, in 2013 I graduated from Western Washington University with my Bachelor of Science in Toxicology. If you follow me on Instagram I’m sure you have seen Ellie, my Shit-Zu that serves sass wherever she goes. She is the love of my life and I would do anything for her.

On the weekends, you will often find me at music festivals listening to electronic music such as dubstep, electrohouse, trap, and hardstyle. I am also a fan of craft beer, find me on Untappd (username: Swolepool)! I’m also known to be a huge Marvel comics nerd and cosplay as Lady Deadpool. I will also take any chance to re-watch the Deadpool movies as often as I possibly can.
